Early access privacy notice
What happens to the details you give us when you ask for early access to PointLit.
PointLit is the controller of these details: we decide why and how they are used.
What we collect
Your name, your phone number (we contact you on WhatsApp), the kind of shop you run, its city, the number of branches and, if you tell us, the system you use today. We also record the language of the form, the page of our site you came from and the date of your request.
Why we collect it
Only to contact you about early access to PointLit: to tell you when registration opens and to help you get started. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell them.
Who sees it
PointLit staff only. Your request is stored on our own servers and sent to our team’s email inbox. We do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Twelve months from the date of your request. After that it is deleted.
Asking us to delete it
You can ask at any time to see the details we hold about you or to have them deleted. Write to support@pointlit.com, give the phone number you used, and we will do it.
Language
This notice is published in English and Arabic. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails.
